Gift card balances can be checked at www.norfolkpassport.com/balance.
All purchased gift cards (including afternoon tea, luxury stays and spa experiences) are credited as cash (equivalent sale price, excluding shipping) to a branded physical gift card.
Room nights, afternoon tea prices, spa treatments & packages are subject to fluctuate; we will do our best to reflect these price changes on the website. In case of increases, any remaining balance is to be paid by the customer. Where prices have decreased remaining gift card balances can be redeemed against other qualifying purchases at the respective location.
Overnight stays are priced at the equivalent of a one-night weekend stay (Friday or Saturday rates).
Afternoon tea and luxury stay vouchers can be used for any qualifying purchase within the respective location.
Personal messages within gift cards may be edited for length or decency at our discretion.
Gift cards can only be used at their respective location. For example, a Byfords gift card cannot be used at The Pigs.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months (The Pigs, Byfords, Ffolkes) and 12 months (The Assembly House) from the date of purchase and are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. After this time, any remaining balance will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.
Gift cards cannot be purchase for commercial use by companies as competition prizes, unless permission from the respective location has been given. Any company that does so will be asked to remove it
Norfolk Passport discount is not applicable to gift voucher purchases but can be used when redeeming on site.
Refunds will be given up to 14 days from the original date of purchase as long as the gift card has not been used. Contact info@norfolkpassport.com along with the gift card and/or order number for resolution.

Black Friday terms and conditions:

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend all offers at anytime
Only Black Friday offer gift vouchers are eligible for this discount, ensure to select this option when purchasing.
This offer applies to digital gift vouchers only; physical gift vouchers are not eligible.
You’ll receive £10 for every £100 spent. For example, spending £100 gives you a £110 gift voucher, and spending £300 gives you a £330 gift voucher.
Gift cards are valid until 31 March 2025 from the date of purchase, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. After this time, any remaining balance will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.
Gift cards can also be used for room bookings online at rooms.norfolkpassport.com, and are only valid for stays until the end of March 2025
